1. HAS MY ORDER BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. To ensure you receive any important update, please double-check that your email address is correct at checkout. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please take a moment to check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been redirected there.

2. Can I change an order?

Please note that orders are typically processed within 3 business days, so kindly email us at bonjour@petibaroque.com as soon as possible if you require any adjustments. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests before your order is processed.

3. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please select your items thoughtfully, as we specially order each piece from our suppliers just for you. Due to our made-to-order process, we don't hold stock in our warehouse. As a result, once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase, so we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.

4. How To Return My Items?

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but occasionally errors can occur. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at bonjour@petibaroque.com, including:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We'll promptly respond with a suitable solution, either a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

5. How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Please note that we operate on a made-to-order basis, meaning we don't hold stock and each item is carefully prepared just for you. This process takes around 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details. Please note the following estimated delivery timeframes:

  • International: within 10-12 business days (after processing)
  • Hong Kong: within 5 business days (after processing)

While we strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays happen, we'll keep you updated. Rest assured, we're dedicated to delivering your order to you as swiftly as possible.

6. How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

7. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE THE CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS?

We meticulously handcraft each artwork with care. After processing your order, you'll receive a digital proof via email within 3 business days (please allow extra time during festive seasons). You'll have the opportunity to request up to two revisions. Please note that once you approve the final proof, no further changes can be made. We're committed to delivering a unique piece that meets your expectations.
