1. HAS MY ORDER BEEN CONFIRMED?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.

2. Can I change an order?

Email us as soon as possible if you require any adjustments. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests before your order is processed typically within 3 business days.

3. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Order can be cancelled within 2 business days after an order is placed.

4. How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Each item takes 3-5 business days to process. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking details.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • International: within 10-12 business days (after processing)
  • Hong Kong: within 5 business days (after processing)

Please note occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays happen, you will receive an update.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE THE CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS?

Each artwork is handcrafted with care. A digital proof will be sent to you via email within 3 business days (please allow extra time during festive seasons) for unlimited revisions. Once you approve the final proof, no further changes can be made.

6. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Don't forget to check your spam folder!

7. How do I report damage to my item during shipping?

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but occasionally errors can occur. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, please email hello@petibaroque.com within 5 days of receipt including:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the shipping label and the item(s)

We'll respond with a suitable solution, either a replacement or refund.

8. How To Return My Items?

We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date for change of mind, defected or wrong product. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
