Refund policy

At Petibaroque, your satisfaction is my priority. The following policies are designed to ensure a transparent and seamless shopping experience for every customer.

Return Conditions

With an offer of a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and uninstalled
  • Be in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. I will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover all associated costs.

Return Process

Online Purchase Returns

  1. Before shipping a return item, first contact to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Product Quality Issues or Shipping Errors: I will cover the return shipping costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to:

  • Right to Cancel or Return: Cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be processed within 10 business days. It may take an additional 1 week to reflect in your bank or payment account.

Partial Refunds

If returned items do not meet all return criteria (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories, or damaged product), a partial refund may be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that do not meet my return policy criteria will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant or color:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. The return item will be inspected, and once approved you will be notified.
  3. Once the returned item is approved, and processed, after that place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, email hello@petibaroque.com within 2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not been dispatched.

Amending an Order

If you need to make changes to your order:

  • Email hello@petibaroque.com as soon as possible.
  • I will do my best to accommodate changes before processing begins (typically within 3–5 business days).

Policy Updates

I reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the change.
