RETURNS & CANCELLATION
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but occasionally errors can occur. If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at bonjour@petibaroque.com, including a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the item.
We'll promptly respond with a suitable solution, either a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation
Please select your items thoughtfully, as we specially order each piece from our suppliers just for you. Due to our made-to-order process, we don't hold stock in our warehouse. As a result, once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase, so we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.
Amending an order
Please note that orders are typically processed within 3 business days, so kindly email us at bonjour@petibaroque.com as soon as possible if you require any adjustments. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests before your order is processed.
